From what I have seen about it it was only available in limited markets with the only Creative site I have ever seen it being the Asian one, and has its own driver. I had a quick look at the last driver for that card and can't say that I have ever seen one that uses one called P16X seen P17 and P16 no X. Pretty sure that from the date of the last XP driver and looking at the dates on some of the files in it, I think I can safely say that there will never be a Windows 7 driver for it; doubt that you would even be able to find a modded driver for it.
